I've spent 26 years as a Registered Nurse — at bedsides, in homes and hospitals, and in the profound, sacred space of hospice care. Sitting with patients and families at the threshold of life taught me what medicine alone cannot offer: presence, peace, and the power of being truly seen.

I am a healer. I've always known it. This Little Light is the fulfillment of that calling — a space where my decades of clinical knowledge meets my deep commitment to mindfulness, spirituality, and the sacred act of caring for another human being.
